The­ Gretsch-Unitas Group con­sists of more than 50 man­ufac­turing and sales compa­nies in 35 countries. With the­ interna­tion­ally leading brands GU (archi­tectural hardware), BKS (locks, locking systems) and FERCO (archi­tectural hardware), the­ group offers "Securing Technology for You".

In its divi­sions window technology, door technology, automatic entrance systems and building man­age­ment systems, the­ GU Group man­ufac­tures and dis­tributes about 30,000 single items many of which can be combined with each other easily. With 3,700 employees and over 100 years of tra­di­tion, we not only develop single prod­ucts but complete indi­vidual solutions for large-scale projects. Together with archi­tects, planners, and profile system man­ufac­turers we successfully combine visionary archi­tec­ture and inno­va­tive technology.

Founded in 1907 by Viktor Gretsch, the­ family-owned enterprise is today man­aged by the­ brothers Julius and Michael von Resch.
