After receiving your reg­is­tra­tion we will send a written confirma­tion.

As the­ number of par­tic­ipants per sem­inar is limited, reg­is­tra­tions will be accepted in the­ order of receipt. Please fill in the­ reg­is­tra­tion form on the­ back of the­ sem­inar brochure and fax it to

Your opinion counts
We would be delighted if you took the­ time to fill out a feedback form after the­ sem­inar. Your opinion will help us to fur­ther enhance the­ quality of our sem­inars, as your wishes and require­ments with regard to con­tent and the­ way in which the­ sem­inar takes place can be con­sid­ered in the­ future.

Your hotel reser­va­tion
With the­ confirma­tion you will receive a list of our partner hotels. You can make your room reser­va­tion to the­ spe­cial con­di­tions of the­ Gretsch-Unitas Group. Please note that the­ hotel reser­va­tion for Sem­inar F11 will be made by us. We kindly ask you to under­stand that we cannot bear the­ accommo­d­a­tion expenses.

Sem­inar fees / pay­ment
Unless stated other­wise in the­ sem­inar programme, the­ cost of training mate­r­ials and meals will be carried by the­ respec­tive Gretsch-Unitas group company. For the­ fee-based sem­inars you will be sent an invoice together with the­ order confirma­tion. The­ invoice amount is due before the­ sem­inar begins.

Copy­rights
The­ doc­u­ments deliv­ered during the­ sem­inar are sub­ject to copy­right and at no time and under no circum­stances may be reproduced, mod­i­fied, copied, dis­tributed or used for public reproduc­tion. They are solely intended for your per­sonal use.

Can­cella­tion of a sem­inar
We reserve the­ right to cancel sem­inars for reasons that are not caused by us, e.g. if the­ min­imum number of par­tic­ipants is not reached or when a trainer has sud­denly fallen ill. In such a case, fees already paid are returned; fur­ther claims on your part do not exist.
