Features and advantages:

• Safe and convenient hinging and unhinging of tilt:
  - When the sash comes to tilting – e.g. in case of improper
    hinging of the fan-light opening stay after window cleaning –
    it is stopped in the catch position softly.
  - Fixing components and hinges are not stressed.
  - The automatically stopped sash can be pulled smoothly
    to the cleaning position desired. For closing, the sash is lifted
    just a little, the brake will release automatically.

Fan-light openers to RAL are to be supplemented with catch stays to meet the RAL quality and test regulations.
