New Town Hall Munich

The New Town Hall at Marienplatz in Munich is the seat of the Lord Mayor, the City Council and the headquarters of the city administration. In 2018, in the course of improving the structural fire protection, existing windows were refurbished as openings for smoke extraction in main staircases.

Google Offices New York City

Hafenspitze, Hyatt

The tip of the Speditionsstraße peninsula in the Düsseldorf Media Harbour was designed by local architects JSK. The striking building complex with 5-star hotel was completed at the end of 2010.

Trianon

The Trianon, a skyscraper in the Westend district of Frankfurt, was designed by the architects Albert Speer & Partner, Novotny Mähner Assoziierte, HPP International and completed in 1993.

NRW-BANK

This was built in two parts according to the design by the Hamburg firm of architects Ulrich Engel: only the listed south and west facades of the old bank building were retained; these were laboriously refurbished and supplemented by natural stone facades to the east and north. The seven storey new office complex is also freestanding and slightly offset.

City hall of Düren

The late Gothic town hall of Düren was completely destroyed in the Second World War. The tendering for the reconstruction of the town centre which was largely destroyed also included the construction of a new city hall which was opened in January 1959.
