The GU SECURY Automatic locking system for house and apartment doors is very convenient. Simply allow the door to close in the lock: the Automatic latchbolts automatically move out by 20 mm when the door is pulled closed, and lock it.

The GU SECURY Automatic-DR multi-point locking combines security with ease of use: the lock is a combination of Automatic latchbolt and SR bolt. It locks automatically and ensures that house entrance doors and apartment doors in all profiles can be locked and unlocked effortlessly and reliably. When the door is pulled shut, the Automatic latchbolts are immediately triggered automatically and activate the hook bolts mechanically. The SR bolts move upwards to lock and thus provide protection against jemmying.

Control integrated into the door frame

Automatic openers are used to facilitate convenient or even barrier-free opening of doors. The Automatic-Opener servo by Gretsch-Unitas is unique. With the A-opener servo, the opening motor is activated and the locking elements retracted if the key is turned slightly or the lever handle is lightly tapped.

With the GU SECURY Automatic-DR system with daytime release function, the locking elements can be mechanically locked in the withdrawn position, if required. The door can therefore be opened from the outside without a key.

SECURY ePOWER Home - the motor-driven multi-point locking

The SECURY ePOWER Home dispenses with the need for manual locking with a key. The door is unlocked and locked by motor – this takes only seconds – quiet, secure and durable. Simply allow the door to close in the lock: The hook bolts rotate after the door is pulled tight, engage with the frame part and lock by motor. When the lever handle is operated to open the door, all locking elements are retracted once again from inside.

  • Manually lockable security

    The lever handle can be locked by turning a key through a function integrated in the lock case, i.e. when used as a childproof safety device. This safety function is deactivated alternatively by turning a key or via an electronic signal to open. The door system is now freely accessible from the inside.

    Overview of features

  • Hooked three times into the striker

    The hook bolts rotate after the door is pulled tight, engage with the frame part and lock by motor. The hook bolts move into the top of the frame, which prevents would-be burglars from levering out the door, and also guarantees outstanding functional reliability when lowering the door. The locking elements are secured against being forced back. Additional locking with the key is only required if the lever handle needs to be locked from the inside, i.e. when used as a childproof safety device.

  • Very easy operation

    The lock ensures effortless and reliable locking and unlocking. The SECURY ePOWER Home motor-driven self-locking exit device dispenses with the need for manual locking with a key. The hook bolts extend by motor when the door engages in the lock.

  • Daytime release

    In order to allow persons with access authorisation to convenient pass through the door via an access control system, the exit device is equipped with the daytime release option. The additional locks remain permanently retracted after activation and the door is only secured by the main latch.

  • Key-controlled latch holdback

    In the case of heavily frequented doors, fast access can be realised with the option of key-controlled latch holdback. After activation, all locking elements remain permanently retracted and the door can be accessed from both sides without access control.

  • Compatible with BKS access control systems

    The SECURY ePOWER Home is compatible with BKS access control systems, such as house intercoms, wall-mounted push-buttons, card readers, transponders, fingerprint scanners, wireless transponders, that allow only authorised persons to pass through the door.

  • One multi-point lock for all house entrance door profiles

    The multi-point lock is suitable for single-leaf house entrance doors and apartment doors made of timber, PVC, metal and other material combinations.

  • GU house entrance door concept

    The SECURY ePOWER Home is compatible with the SECUREconnect power and data transmission units and can therefore be easily integrated into the GU house entrance door package. Biometric fingerprint detection or the individual access code permit convenient access.

  • Certified security

    • Certification according to DIN EN 14846 (Architectural hardware – Locks – Electromechanical locks and strikers – Requirements and test methods)
    • RC 2-, RC 3-compatibility according to EN 1627
    • VdS Class C approved in accordance with VdS 2021 (in preparation)

Manual-locking

MR2/with safe-T-catch

To provide additional security and as an alternative to door chain or door viewer, the door arrester device of the safe-T-catch prevents the door from being opened by more than a certain amount. It is easy and convenient to operate via the turn. This version is particularly suitable for apartment entrance doors and house entrance doors in one-family houses.
