Chain drives

With their compact design and pleasant appearance, chain drives from the Gretsch-Unitas group are an ideal solution for the fast, electromotor-driven opening of exhaust air apertures and for room ventilation. The concealed variants are integrated in the window frames and can be used in all frame materials. The surface-mounted versions also blend seamlessly with the window architecture due to their compact flat design.

The wide range of drives and mounting bracket sets enables virtually any installation situation and installation type. Whether surface-mounted or concealed, they can be used on inward or outward-opening Bottom-Hung, Top-Hung or Side-Hung windows or skylights.

Several drives can be activated synchronously. Chain drives with an integrated radio receiver can be activated individually or in groups via remote control. Intelligent technology also permits straightforward integration into an existing building control system.
