The demands on doors have increased. They should be secure, comfortable, versatile and durable. They should be barrier-free and tight. The SECURY ePOWER Home - the motorised multipoint locking system from Gretsch-Unitas - meets all these requirements for high demands on comfort and security.

The motor-driven self-locking exit device from Gretsch-Unitas dispenses with the need for manual locking with a key. The door is unlocked and locked by motor – this takes only seconds – quiet, secure and durable. Simply allow the door to shut: The motor hooks the hook bolts securely into the striker after the door closes and the door is locked, no further action required.
Additional locking with the key is only required if the lever handle needs to be locked from the inside, i.e. when used as a childproof safety device.

Hooked three times into the striker

The hook bolts rotate after the door is pulled tight, engage with the frame part and lock by motor. The hook bolts move into the top of the frame, which prevents would-be burglars from levering out the door, and also guarantees outstanding functional reliability when lowering the door. The locking elements are secured against being forced back. Additional locking with the key is only required if the lever handle needs to be locked from the inside, i.e. when used as a childproof safety device.

Very easy operation

The lock ensures effortless and reliable locking and unlocking. The SECURY ePower Home motor-driven self-locking exit device dispenses with the need for manual locking with a key. The hook bolts extend by motor when the door engages in the lock.

Daytime release

In order to allow persons with access authorisation to convenient pass through the door via an access control system, the exit device is equipped with the daytime release option. The additional locks remain permanently retracted after activation and the door is only secured by the main latch.

Key-controlled latch holdback

In the case of heavily frequented doors, fast access can be realised with the option of key-controlled latch holdback. After activation, all locking elements remain permanently retracted and the door can be accessed from both sides without access control.

Compatible with BKS access control systems

The SECURY ePOWER Home is compatible with BKS access control systems, such as house intercoms, wall-mounted push-buttons, card readers, transponders, fingerprint scanners, wireless transponders, that allow only authorised persons to pass through the door.

One multi-point lock for all house entrance door profiles

The multi-point lock is suitable for single-leaf house entrance doors and apartment doors made of timber, PVC, metal and other material combinations.

GU house entrance door concept

The SECURY ePOWER Home is compatible with the SECUREconnect power and data transmission units and can therefore be easily integrated into the GU house entrance door package. Biometric fingerprint detection or the individual access code permit convenient access.
