1Locking bar

  • Additional protection against manipulation attempts.
  • Allows for greater variety in master key systems.

2Cylinder spring

  • Brings the drive and tumbler pins into position.

3Drilling/picking protection pins

  • Made of hardened material.
  • Protects against drilling and inserting a special screw used to pull out the cylinder.

4Interacting pins

  • The keys feature the corresponding notches for these interacting pins. If these fit together, the key can be turned and the door opens.
  • Different combinations of these pins allow for a greater variety.

5Drilling protection

Protection against drilling attempts.

6Coupling

By selecting the coupling, cylinders are given different functions, e.g.

  • Emergency function – even though the key is inserted on the inside, the door can be opened from the outside with the authorised key.
  • Standard function – a key inserted on one side prevents the door from being opened with the key from the other side.

7Concealed copy protection

This element detects the copy protection groove of the key. As the groove cannot be copied, you can rest easy knowing that no one can duplicate your key without your consent.

8Drive pin

By inserting un authorised key, the drive pins and tumbler pins are separated. This allows the turning of the key.

9Tumbler pin

Differently shaped tumbler pins prevent the cylinder from being manipulated by lock picking or bumping
