Fanlight opening systems

VENTUS, the fanlight opening system by Gretsch-Unitas, enables manual operation of a fanlight or, when combined with the ELTRAL S electric drive, a cost-effective means of motor-driven control for more than one sash unit. The flat design of the opening stays makes the system suitable for vertically installed inward-opening Bottom-Hung, Top-Hung, pitched, segmental arch as well as round arch windows made of PVC, timber or metal.

Window projections and reveals are no problem. Lockable, steplessly adjustable tilt positions guarantee perfectly controlled room ventilation and permit large opening widths.

The internal locking device inside the stay ensures maximum surface pressure on the window, thereby meeting high requirements for water tightness, acoustic insulation and energy efficiency. A surface-mounted additional lock increases burglar protection. The system is easy to install and is highly versatile in terms of operation.

The stays can be conveniently unfastened for cleaning purposes. Restrictor and cleaning stays offer additional security.
