Kulturhaus Aue
Since 1990, the Kulturhaus has been subject to ongoing conversion and renovation works. This includes a range of measures to improve fire protection, including renewing the smoke exhaust installation. The result is a representative community building from the Wismut era typical of the town, preserved to the finest detail and combining the architecture of the “National Tradition” with modern forms.
GU solution: SHEV system (drives, control centres, SHEV air supply). A special solution was developed to allow the 2-sash dummy-mullion windows to open and close in sequence.
