Trianon

Soaring to a height of 186 m and with 48 storeys, the head office of DekaBank is the fifth-highest building in Frankfurt. The floor plan of the building resembles an equilateral triangle. From 172 metres upwards there are superstructures on the corners supporting the roof construction. The roof is topped by an upside-down glass pyramid, the so-called diamond. In 2014 and 2015, the building underwent restructuring to incorporate fire protection measures while business continued.

GU solution: GU worked out a special solution to safeguard the doors between the lift lobby and office area which lie within the escape and rescue route. More than 100 BKS escape route control units in conjunction with electrically locking panic locks were installed.
