Create account

If you no longer have your username or password from the GU Serviceportal, unfortunately, it is not possible to use your GU Serviceportal account for direct activation. In this case, please click the button in the "Create new account" section, enter your data, and complete a new registration with manual activation.

For user verification using your data from the previous GU Serviceportal, we initially only require your previous username and password. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an email and can then set a new password for our new platform via the link provided in the email.

If you are a customer of several companies within our group, you can choose at which company you want to create your account. During activation, the assignment to the companies where you are a customer will be made automatically, so you can subsequently log in to all companies for which you have been activated using the same user account.

The data you entered will first be checked manually by us. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an email and can then set a password for our platform via the link provided in the email.

To reset your password, first click on "Login" under My Area as usual. Enter the email address you used to register on our platform. In the next step, you will have the option to click the "Forgot password" button to reset your password.

The difference is that a main user can independently create and manage additional sub-users. The first user to register for a company automatically becomes the main user.

Log in and click on "Delete account" in "My Area". Confirm the security prompt. Once your account has been deleted, the colleague who should be the main user for your company can register anew and will then automatically become the main user.
