What can you expect from us?
The examples below provide you with an initial insight into our support in the field of door engineering. Of course, we plan the door individually and specifically tailored to your needs.
Planning objective variant 1
A single-leaf wooden door with fire protection requirements along the escape route should, as a rule, only be accessible bidirectionally by means of identification. The door status and locking status should be monitored and documented in real time. When locked, the door must always be secured. The door should only be accessible in the direction of escape in an emergency via the panic function and without identification. If necessary, the escape door control should be able to be triggered centrally via the fire alarm system (BMA). Optionally, remote unlocking, for example via an intercom system, should be possible.
Planning objective variant 2
A double-leaf framed door along the escape route should be able to be used in the full required escape width in an emergency. For this, both door leaves must be able to be opened with one hand movement. As it is a public building, the escape route is planned according to EN 1125 with panic bars. Both door leaves should be automated to ensure barrier-free access in both directions. The automatic and barrier-free opening should only be used when there is a need for accessibility. As a rule, the door should be operated manually in both directions during operating hours. The door has increased security requirements and should meet RC3 requirements. Optionally, remote unlocking, for example via an intercom system, should be possible.
