Increasing requirements in the commercial sector are reflected in the technical features of modern door systems. Multi-point locks with automatic latchbolts or automatic double latchbolts are complemented by variants with panic function. With the change function E, you use them as a self-locking locking system in emergency exit or escape doors. With the GU SECURY Automatic Panic E and GU SECURY Automatic-DR Panic E systems, you always ensure an escape route from the inside, even without a key, simply by operating the door handle or push bar. This type of multi-point lock is used in commercial doors as well as entrance doors of shops or offices.
GU SECURY Automatic Panic E ZSS
In view of increased requirements for burglary resistance, we have developed GU SECURY multi-point locks with pull rod protection. This additional component protects the pull rod from violent damage and thus ensures the function of the lock. These requirements apply in particular to unlocked doors, such as escape and rescue route door systems that are not locked. The GU SECURY Automatic Panic E ZSS can be used in single-leaf panic doors and is particularly suitable for doors in exposed locations or security-critical areas, such as museums or exclusive retail stores.

Comfort
The automatic latchbolts extend automatically by 20 mm after the door is closed, thus locking the door. The door can be opened from the outside with a key and from the inside with the door handle. By optionally installing an A-opener, the automatic latchbolts can be retracted electrically.
Energy Efficiency
The automatic locking prevents the door leaf from warping and provides a high level of sealing for the door.
Flexibility
Compatibility with BKS electronic components, such as transponders, door code keypads, fingerprint scanners, and card readers, allows integration into access control systems.
Security
For use as an emergency exit lock according to EN 179, as an escape door lock according to EN 1125, or as a locking system in fire-resistant doors according to EN 1634. The door can always be opened in the direction of escape – even without a key.
