The UNI-JET central locking family offers a versatile hardware system that is ideal for all window types with a 16 mm hardware groove – whether PVC, timber, or aluminium windows. The UNI-JET central locking system flexibly adapts to your requirements: tilt and turn, turn and tilt, turn, and tilt windows, French casement windows, pivot and reversible windows, as well as tilt and slide and slide-folding doors can be easily implemented. The special feature: with just a few additional components, even special shapes such as round or angled windows can be realized without difficulty.

Standards and safety requirements
Our window fittings for timber systems meet the highest standards for air and water tightness as well as wind load resistance. For maximum burglary protection, the hardware lines are tested and certified in various security classes according to EN 1627-1630. In addition, we offer retrofit burglary-resistant products according to DIN 18104 for subsequent upgrades. To design windows and window doors barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040, numerous optional components are available. Continuous monitoring and certification of all fittings is carried out as part of the QM328 certification program.

The DIN 18040 standard deals with the planning principles for barrier-free construction. It is divided into different parts that cover various aspects of construction to enable people with disabilities, elderly persons, and children to participate equally in everyday life. An important aspect of this standard is the easy opening of doors without external assistance. In this context, requirements are placed on door closers, such as limiting the operating forces to ensure that doors are easily accessible.
Windows – Classification of mechanical properties – Vertical loads, torsion and operating forces
This standard is a tool for classifying the performance characteristics of openable windows according to their resistance, where applicable, to vertical loads (displacement), static torsion, and the manual operating forces required. Special aspects, such as burglary resistance, are not covered.
Windows and doors – product standard
The standard DIN EN 14351-1 deals with the product standard and performance characteristics of windows and external doors that are not subject to special requirements for fire or smoke tightness. It specifies how these products are to be tested with regard to their energy efficiency, watertightness, air permeability, and other performance characteristics. This standard is essential for the CE marking of such construction products in Europe.
Locks and building hardware – Corrosion resistance – Requirements and test methods
DIN EN 1670 is a standard that defines requirements and test methods for the corrosion resistance of building hardware.
