UTS 840 Floor Spring
The UTS 840 floor spring with closing force EN 3 is ideal for single-leaf swing doors up to 950 mm wide. It impresses with its compact installation height of 40 mm and easy installation thanks to adjustable longitudinal, lateral, and height settings. Continuously adjustable valve functions and mechanical opening damping from 80° ensure gentle closing. Thermomatic valves guarantee consistent closing performance even with temperature fluctuations. The opening angle is up to 130°, with mechanical hold-open at 90°. The split spindle is interchangeable.
