    Your device is temporarily offline. You must be online to complete the validation and authorization process.

  • Why am I getting message "Download the latest version to use BKS identifikation app"?

    An update version of the app is available in the app stores. Download the latest version to proceed.

  • Why is my card not recognized?

    You tried to scan a not recognized BKS security card.

  • Why did my security card result invalid?

    In this case, please consult your specialist dealer.

  • Why am I getting an error after sending an authorization request?

    A transmission problem occurred and the authorization request has not been processed.

  • Why is the Authorize button disabled?

    To proceed with the authorization, you need to select a specialist dealer. After having made your selection, the button will be automatically enabled.
