General information, important advice


I understand that, by registering for the seminar, I agree to my personal data being stored, processed and used for the purposes of organising and carrying out the seminar, the creation of certificates, and for administrative purposes related to my participation in the seminar. You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason.

You should ideally register for the GU Group seminars via our website. The relevant registration form can be found on our website in the Seminars section. The link to the registration form can be found under each seminar. You will receive a confirmation of your registration and any invoice four weeks before the beginning of the seminar. For each seminar, the number of participants is limited. Registrations will be therefore accepted in the order of receipt.

Seminar locations

GU Group seminars are offered at a range of regional locations. You can find detailed information about our seminar locations on our website. You will be notified of the exact venue on with the confirmation of participation.

Your hotel reservation

You will receive a list of hotels from us together with the confirmation of participation. In these hotels you can then book the room at the special rates of the Gretsch-Unitas Group, if you wish to do so. We kindly ask you to understand that we cannot bear the accommodation expenses.

Seminar fees / payment

If not stated otherwise in the seminar programme, there is no fee for the seminar. The cost of training materials and meals will be carried by the respective Gretsch-Unitas group company. For seminars that are subject to a fee, you will be sent an invoice together with the confirmation of participation four weeks before the beginning of the seminar. The invoice amount is due before the seminar begins.

Cancellation or substitution

If you are unable to attend the seminar, please notify us in writing. If you need to change your plans at short notice, you do of course have the option of nominating someone else to attend in your place. The seminar fees must be paid at the latest 10 days before the beginning of the seminar. Cancellation is no longer possible after payment has been made.

Cancellation of a seminar

We reserve the right to cancel seminars for reasons that are not caused by us, e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached or when a trainer has suddenly fallen ill. In such a case, fees already paid are returned; further claims on your part do not exist.

Your opinion counts

We would be delighted if you took the time to fill out a feedback form after the seminar. This will help us to further enhance the quality of our seminars. We can then take your requirements with regard to the content and organisation of the seminar into account in the future.


The documents delivered during the seminar are subject to copyright and at no time and under no circumstances may be reproduced, modified, copied, distributed or used for public reproduction. They are solely intended for your personal use.
