Standards and safety requirements
Our lift and slide hardware meets the highest standards in terms of air tightness, watertightness against driving rain and wind load resistance. They are tested and certified in various security classes according to EN 1627–1630 to provide you with maximum protection against burglary attempts. In addition, they are certified by ift in accordance with QM 346. In combination with our system thresholds bb, lift and slide elements can be designed barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040. All drives meet the requirements for power-operated internal and external doors according to EN 16005.
hardware for Lift&Slide windows and Lift&Slide window doors
The standard EN 13126-16 deals with hardware for Lift&Slide sash windows and Lift&Slide sash French doors. It defines requirements and test methods relating to the durability, strength, and protective function of this hardware. The properties of the hardware are expressed by a nine-digit classification code, similar to other parts of the EN 13126 series.

The standards EN 1627 to EN 1630 address burglary resistance of windows, doors and closures. They specify the requirements, classifications and test methods for products intended to protect against burglary attempts.- EN 1627 defines the general requirements and classifications.
