Pivot windows are particularly user-friendly due to the usually horizontal handle position, extremely space-saving thanks to the central, horizontal pivot axis, and also offer excellent ventilation properties. With the UNITAS fitting series from Gretsch-Unitas, you can implement rectangular and round window sashes up to 300 kg safely and elegantly. The adjustable sash brake holds the sash securely in any position. The cleaning position is achieved by a simple 180° rotation. Motorised, barrier-free operation is possible by combining with the ELTRAL K35 motorised chain drive. In reversible windows, the pivot axis is mounted vertically. The option of off-centre positioning of the reversible bearings, in combination with sash heights up to 2850 mm, allows for versatile, individual room concepts.
