SBS bb additional locking device
We have developed a patented locking solution specifically for balcony and patio doors made of wood and PVC with threshold-level sills. It is perfectly suited for both single-leaf and double-leaf elements with meeting stile situations. This innovative solution not only provides an additional locking point, but also takes over the tilt function of the sash – thus ensuring maximum security and stability when closing and tilting your window door.

Reliable in function and security
By engaging the locking bolt, the swing bolts are automatically actuated via the locking mechanism when the central lock is operated and reliably engage in both the locked and tilted positions in the threshold-level sill; thanks to the integrated anti-rebound device, the system meets the highest security requirements and provides burglary protection up to resistance class RC2.
A special feature of the SBS bb additional locking device is the swing bolt with run-up curve. This raises sagging sashes back into their intended position during the locking or tilting process, which has a long-term positive effect on the functionality and durability of the window doors.
